民营企业人才战略研究——以十堰市为例

摘　　要：民营经济作为推动经济社会发展的重要力量,制约其发展的重要因素之一就是人才。该文以十堰市民营企业为例进行分析,经过调研查找出六个主要问题,对该问题进行剖析,提出了四点建议:企业要营造引才、稳才的制度环境;坚持人才引进和培养相结合;重视提升民营企业家素质和完善民营企业引才办法。Private economy as an important force to promote economic and social development,one of the important factors restricting its development is talent. This paper takes the private enterprises in Shiyan City as an example,finds out six main problems through investigation,analyzes the problems,and puts forward four suggestions: enterprises should create a system environment for attracting and stabilizing talents,adhere to the combination of talent introduction and training,attach importance to improving the quality of private enterprises and improve the methods of attracting talents.
