摘 要:雷达影像提取河道水边界技术基于数字图像处理和影像匹配技术,通过同步采集雷达影像、GNSS及罗经数据,并对雷达影像进行滤波去噪、几何校正、水边界提取、边界线拼接等处理,实现针对不同复杂环境下的水边界自动提取,得到完整的水边界并输出成图,可满足1:5000比例尺水边界测量的要求。The technology of extracting river water boundary from radar image is based on digital image processing and image matching technology.Through simultaneously collecting of radar image,GNSS and compass data,filtering and de-noising of radar image,geometric correction,water boundary extraction,boundary line splicing and other steps,the water boundary can be automatically extracted under different complex environment,so as to obtain the complete water boundary and output the mapping,which can meet the requirements of 1:5000 scale water boundary measurement.
