重症感染伴血小板减少症患者的临床特点与治疗方法分析

摘　　要：目的探究重症感染伴血小板减少症患者的临床特点与治疗方法。方法选取2019年1月至12月江苏省徐州市中心医院收治的重症感染伴血小板减少症患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各34例。对照组患者只进行有效的抗感染治疗,不采取人免疫球蛋白进行治疗;研究组患者则采取人免疫球蛋白进行治疗。经治疗后,比较两组患者的血小板指数恢复情况、所有患者感染类型以及血小板计数情况。结果研究组患者的血小板指数恢复正常率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白静脉注射用于治疗重症感染伴血小板减少症患者,能获得良好的效果,能降低血小板水平,利于患者恢复。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of severe infection with thrombocytopenia.Methods Choose from January to December 2019 in the center of Xuzhou Central Hospital of Jiangsu Province associated with thrombocytopenia patients receiving 68 cases as the object of study,divided into two groups of the control group in patients with only effective anti-infection treatment,do not take human immunoglobulin for treatment,while the team patients take human immunoglobulin for treatment.After treatment,platelet index recovery,infection types,and platelet count were compared between the study group and the control group.Results The normal recovery rate of platelet index in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous immunoglobulin can achieve good results in patients with severe infection and thrombocytopenia,can reduce the platelet level and facilitate the recovery of patients.
