摘　　要：目的探讨胎盘生长因子(Placental growth factor,PLGF)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)在子痫前期早期诊断中的临床价值。方法选取潍坊市妇幼保健院2017年1月至2018年12月经临床诊断为子痫前期的孕妇55例(轻度子痫前期35例,重度子痫前期20例)作为研究组,选择同期正常体检孕妇35例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)方法测定PLGF、IL-6水平。结果正常孕妇、轻度子痫前期孕妇、重度子痫前期孕妇的PLGF水平变化逐渐降低,IL-6水平变化逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析显示PLGF、IL-6对子痫前期检出具有一定的诊断价值。结论PLGF和IL-6与子痫前期的严重程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the clinical value of PLGF and IL-6 in early diagnosis of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 65 pregnant women diagnosed with preeclampsia in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018(35 cases of mild preeclampsia,20 cases of severe preeclampsia)and 35 cases of normal pregnant women were selected as controls,and the levels of PLGF and IL-6 were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In normal pregnant women,mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia,the change of PLGF level gradually decreased and the change of IL-6 level gradually increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).correlation analysis showed that PLGF and IL-6 had certain diagnostic value in the detection of preeclampsia,and the diagnostic value was relatively high.Conclusion PLGF and IL-6 are closely related to the severity of preeclampsia.PLGF and IL-6 play contradictory roles in the pathogenesis.
