小儿调神汤颗粒治疗儿童多动症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿调神汤颗粒治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至12月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院收治的120例多动症患儿,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。分别予以小儿调神汤颗粒和利他林治疗。两组疗程均为8周,观察两组治疗前后中医症候积分的变化和安全性指标。结果治疗8周后,治疗组临床总有效率为96.67%,对照组临床总有效率为85.00%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后患儿的中医症候(主症和次症)各评分均较治疗前有显著的下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后两组患儿的过度活动、注意力不集中、急躁易怒等症状评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组安全性指标正常,无明显不良反应;血常规、尿常规、肝功能检查结果均无异常,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿调神汤颗粒与利他林治疗儿童多动症均具有一定疗效,但小儿调神汤颗粒在中医症候评分上更加具有优势,具有一定的应用及推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiao'er Tiaoshen decoction granules on children with ADHD.Methods A total of 120 children with ADHD in the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences from January to December 2019,randomized digital table method was used to divide treatment group into control group,60 cases per group.Children were treated with Xiao'er Tiaoshen decoction granules and ritalin respectively.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,to observe the changes and safety indexes of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.Results 8 weeks after treatment,The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of control group was 85.00%;the scores of TCM syndromes(main symptoms and secondary symptoms)were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of hyperactivity,inattention,irritability and other symptoms in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the safety indexes of the two groups were normal without obvious adverse reactions.Results of routine blood test,routine urine test and liver function test showed no abnormality,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of children's Xiao'er Tiaoshen decoction granules on children with ADHD can obviously improve the symptoms of children,and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
