摘　　要：通过李发枝教授在临床上治疗疾病的诊疗思路,应用辨病论治及辨证论治的中医理论,从5个方面:辨病症;辨虚实;辨寒热;辨病位;辨方证,对肺结节病的病理特点,疾病的发生演变规律,以及对御寒汤方药组成进行辨析,探寻李老师用御寒汤治疗肺结节病的方证对应关系,最后结合李老师临床的病案验证治疗的效果。Based on Professor Li Fazhi’s diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of diseases and the application of TCM theory of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the author analyzes the pathological characteristics of pulmonary sarcoidosis,the occurrence and evolution of diseases,and the composition of Yuhan decoction,from five aspects:distinguishing the disease,distinguishing the facts,distinguishing the cold and heat,distinguishing the disease position,distinguishing the prescriptions.The relationship between the prescriptions of Professor Li’s Yuhan decoction for the treatment of pulmonary sarcoidosis was explored.Finally,the effect of the treatment was verified in conjunction with Professor Li’s clinical records.
