中药薰蒸结合穴位按摩治疗产后关节痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药薰蒸结合穴位按摩治疗产后关节痛的疗效。方法选取70例收治的产后关节痛患者进行调查,此次调查选取时间为2018年5月—2019年2月。将患者分为2组,每组35例。对比组采用常规治疗方式。试验组运用了中药薰蒸结合穴位按摩治疗方式。分析2组患者最终治疗结果。结果治疗前对比组与试验组患者关节痛得分结果并无差异,且P=0.5511,治疗后对比组患者关节痛得分和试验组相比较高,差异明显,P=0.0012;对比组治疗有效率和试验组相比较低,差异明显,P=0.0015。结论在产后关节痛治疗中,中药薰蒸结合穴位按摩治疗可以作为首选的治疗方案,此方案治疗效果优异,值得应用以及推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum joint pain.Methods Seventy patients who underwent postpartum joint pain treatment in our department were selected for investigation.The time of investigation was from May 2018 to February 2019.The patients were divided into 2 groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment.The experimental group used the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupressure massage treatment.The final treatment outcomes of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results There was no difference in the results of joint pain between the control group and the experimental group before treatment,and P=0.5511.The scores of joint pain in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group after treatment,the difference was significant,P=0.0012;the effective rate of the control group was effective.Compared with the experimental group,the difference was obvious,P=0.0015.Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum joint pain,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage therapy can be used as the preferred treatment plan.This treatment has excellent therapeutic effect and is worthy of application and promotion.
