生精胶囊联合他莫西芬治疗少弱精子症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察他莫西芬联合生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症患者的疗效。方法将就诊的87例男性少弱精子症患者随机分为对照组(42例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予维生素E、维生素C治疗,观察组给予他莫昔芬、生精胶囊治疗。结果治疗前2组患者血清性激素、精液各参数指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组血清性激素、精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后随访1年,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(86.67%、19.05%),组间差异有统计学意义(х^2=39.991,P<0.05)。结论他莫西芬联合生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症所致男性不育安全有效。Objective To observe the effect of Tamoxifen combined with Shengjing capsule in the treatment of oligoasthenozoospermia.Methods 87 cases of male patients with oligoasthenozoospermia were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The control group was treated with vitain E and vitamin C,and the observation group was treated with Tamoxifen and Shengjing capsule.Results There was no significant difference in serum sex hormone and semen parameters between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum sex hormone,sperm density and ford ward motile sperm rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one year of following-up,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67%,19.05%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(х^2=39.991,P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion Tamoxifen combined with Shengjing capsule is safe and effective in the treatment of male infertility caused by oligoasthenozoospermia.
