中西医法治疗白癜风研究进展

摘　　要：白癜风是临床常见皮肤黏膜色素缺失性皮肤病,该病可局限或广泛发作,严重影响患者的身心健康。白癜风病因及发病机制复杂,临床上易于诊断,难于治疗。但是随着近年来对于该病的研究及科学技术的进展,白癜风的诊断及治疗技术明显提高。目前有多种治疗方法,但总体治疗效果不理想。本文就最新研究进展,从中西医结合的角度,对白癜风的治疗进展进行总结。Vitiligo is a common skin pigment deficiency skin disease,the disease can be limited or extensive attack,serious impact on the physical and mental health of patients.The etiology and pathogenesis of vitiligo are complicated,and it is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat.However,with the development of the disease in recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo have been improved significantly.At present,there are a variety of treatments,but the overall treatment effect is not ideal.This article summarize the treatment of vitiligo progress from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and the latest research progress.
