摘 要:火电厂采用燃煤耦合污泥发电技术,有利于实现市政污泥减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化。利用超低排放燃煤火电厂掺烧污泥一般是通过新增污泥预处理和储存与运输调配系统实现的,不必对燃煤锅炉及其主体设施进行改造。本文基于实际环评工作经验,简要分析了项目工程特点和应重点关注的环境问题,并从项目执行标准、工程分析、大气污染治理措施、卫生防护距离等方面,探讨了编制项目环评时需要关注的几个问题,以期为此类环评工作提供参考。The coal-fired coupled sludge power generation technology is conducive to the realization of municipal sludge reduction,stabilization,harmlessness and resource utilization.The utilization of ultra-low emission coal-fired power plants to burn sludge is generally achieved by adding new sludge pretreatment and storage and transportation and allocation system.It is not necessary to transform the coal-fired boiler and its main facilities.Based on the practical work experience of EIA,this paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of the project and the environmental problems that should be paid attention to,and discusses several issues that need to be paid attention to in the preparation of EIA from the aspects of project implementation standards,engineering analysis,air pollution control measures,health protection distance,etc.,in order to provide reference for this kind of EIA work.
