摘  要:目的:构建医院"互联网+医疗健康"的智慧服务体系,推动医疗信息化便民惠民工程向更加智慧、更加深入和更高水平发展。方法:运用"互联网+医疗健康"技术,建设信息传输交互、临床业务和运营管理等核心体系,夯实信息基础,深化预约诊疗、医保结算和药事管理等应用,探索区域协同、远程医疗和全病程管理等服务模式的落地。结果:实现了院内数据标准统一和业务互联互通,为患者提供了七大类便民就医应用和三种服务新模式。结论:通过利用互联网等新兴技术,不断提升医疗服务质量,并探索信息互认共享和智能服务,把便捷舒心的医疗服务送到患者身边。Objective:To build a intelligent hospital service system based on Internet+medical health,promote the development of medical informatization project to a More intelligent and deeper and higher level.Methods:Using Internet+medical health technology to consolidate information foundation by the construction of information transmission and interaction system,clinical operation system and operation management system,and constantly optimize convenient and benefit services by deepening appointment for diagnosis and treatment,medical insurance settlement and pharmaceutical administration,explore the implementation of new service models of regional collaboration,telemedicine and whole course management.Results:Realize unification of data standards and business interconnection,provide seven kinds of convenient medical application and three new service modes for patients.Conclusion:Continuously improve the quality of medical services through internet and other emerging technologies,explore mutual recognition and sharing of information and intelligent services,provide convenient and comfortable medical services to patients.
