摘　　要：目的:构建医疗系统对外开放平台,提高对外医疗服务的发布和管理效率。方法:通过引入用户授权访问机制,集中管理对外医疗服务资源,使用集成平台和分布式服务框架,进行院内外系统互联互通。结果:所有院内系统对外医疗服务实现统一的接口发布和管理,互联网第三方应用只需按标准接入即可。结论:对外平台的应用降低了互联网第三方应用的医疗资源获取和开发成本,更好地发挥了医疗信息资源利用价值,进一步提升了患者就医体验。Objective:Build an open platform for the medical system to facilitate the release and management of external medical services.Methods:Through the introduction of user authorization access mechanism,centralized management of external medical service resources,use of integrated platform and distributed service framework,complete the interconnection of internal and external systems.Results:All in-hospital systems implement unified interface publishing and management for external medical services,and Internet third-party applications only need to be accessed according to standards.Conclusion:So we can reduce the cost of acquisition and development of medical resources for third-party applications on the Internet,better use of medical information resources,and further enhance patients’medical experience.
