协同平台建设支持多院区发展的探索与实践

摘　　要：目的:通过介绍多院区协同信息化规划与思考,建设多院区协同信息平台联动已建院内信息平台,满足覆盖医患应用、协同管理等多方面需求。方法:重点论述多院区协同平台建设架构,详细论述为"安全、管理"两大主线所搭载的应用,根据应用需求和成效开展研究。结果:建设协同信息平台,实现以服务医患为中心,以协同业务为载体,以同质化监管体系辐射,重构多院区医疗服务网络。结论:促进资源下沉,数据共享,提升基层服务能力,实现医疗资源同质化管理和促进资源下沉的目标。Objective:Through the introduction of multi-hospital collaborative informatization planning and thinking,the establishment of a multi-hospital collaborative information platform will link with the built-in information platform to achieve multiple aspects such as doctor-patient application and collaborative management.Methods:Focus on the architecture of multiacademic collaborative platform construction,discuss in detail the applications carried by the two main lines of"security and management",and conduct research based on application needs and effectiveness.Results:A collaborative information platform was constructed to realize the service center for doctors and patients,the carrier for collaborative services,the radiation of homogeneous supervision system,and the reconstruction of a multi-hospital medical service network.Conclusion:Promote the sinking of resources and data sharing,improve the basic service capabilities,and achieve the goals of homogeneous management of medical resources and promoting sinking of resources.
