摘　　要：目的:基于数据仓库的护理质量管理实践与探讨,为护理部提供护理质量管理的决策支持,从而为患者提供优质护理服务。方法:调研现有护理质量管理日常工作,利用数据仓库技术,结合医院现状,设计合理的系统方案。结果:将数据仓库技术应用于护理质量管理系统,对加强护理质量管理有积极作用,实现了质控流程的全面优化,为患者提供更好的优质护理。结论:通过数据仓库对质控检查、不良事件等信息全面计量、分析和管理,辅助护理部对护理质量管理进行决策支持,全面改善管理控制护理质量的流程与方法。Objective:Based on the practice and discussion of nursing quality management in data warehouse,it provides decision support for nursing quality management for the nursing department,thus providing patients with quality nursing services.Methods:Investigate the daily work of existing nursing quality management,use data warehouse technology,combine the hospital’s current situation,and design a reasonable system plan.Results:After applying the data warehouse technology to the nursing quality management system,which has a positive effect on strengthening the quality management of nursing,achieving the overall optimization of the quality control process,and providing patients with better quality care.Conclusion:Through data warehouse,comprehensive measurement,analysis and management of quality control inspection,adverse events and other information,the auxiliary nursing department to make decision support for nursing quality management,and comprehensively improve the process and method of management and control nursing quality.
