摘　　要：远程医疗是国家"互联网+"战略在医学领域的典型应用。近年来,远程医疗在我国得到了快速推广,但质量管理还比较薄弱。在总结归纳远程医疗质量管理特点的基础上,运用服务蓝图技术和SERVQUAL质量模型,对远程医疗的结构、过程、结果质量进行了分析,提出了加强远程医疗质量管理的措施建议。Telemedicine is a typical application of national"Internet plus"strategy in medical field.In recent years,telemedicine has been widely used in China,but the quality management is still weak.On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of telemedicine quality management,this paper analyzes the structure,process and result quality of telemedicine by service blueprint technology and SERVQUAL service quality model,and puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen the quality management of telemedicine in China.
