摘　　要：目的:进一步推进医院党建工作的规范化、制度化、科学化发展,建立健全医院党建工作的考核评价机制。方法:在对医院基层党支部考核制度深入探讨的基础上,结合医院业务工作的自身特点和党建工作经验,分析探索党支部量化考核指标,构建党支部量化考核体系,研发党支部考核系统。结果:建立了党支部考核系统,实现了医院党支部考核的信息化。结论:党支部考核系统的应用提高了考核效率,保证了考核的客观公证,提升了医院党建信息化发展水平。Objective:Further promote the standardized,institutionalized and scientific of Party building in hospital,establish and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of Party building in hospitals.Methods:On the basis of in-depth discussion on the evaluation system of the hospital’s grassroots Party branch,combined with the characteristics of the hospital’s business work and the experience of Party building work,analyze and explore the quantitative assessment indicators of the Party branch,build a quantitative assessment system for the Party branch,and develop the evaluation system for the Party branch.Results:Established the Party branch assessment system,the informationization of the assessment of the hospital Party branch was realized.Conclusion:The application of the assessment system of the Party branch has improved the efficiency of examination,ensured the objective notarization of the assessment,improved the level of informatization development of the Party building in hospital.
