加味四黄汤合硝硼散治疗痔切除术后伤口水肿疗效分析

摘　　要：目的给予痔切除术后伤口水肿的患者实施加味四黄汤合硝硼散展开治疗,分析其联合治疗效果。方法选取定西市第二人民医院2018年5月至2019年10月收治并行混合痔切除术后出现伤口水肿患者185例为研究对象,按奇偶数法分为治疗组(93例)与常规组(92例),治疗组予加味四黄汤合硝硼散治疗,常规组予高锰酸钾治疗,对比两组间的临床治疗价值。结果治疗后,治疗组患者临床治疗效果和生存质量均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对于痔切除术后伤口水肿患者,应用加味四黄汤合硝硼散治疗后,显著减轻术后患者伤口疼痛及消除水肿,加快手术创面的愈合,临床疗效显著,具有显著的推广应用价值。Objective To analyze the combined treatment effect of modified Sihuang Decoction and Nitroborsan for patients with wound edema after hemorrhoids operation.Methods A total of 185 patients with wound edema after hemorrhoidectomy in the Dingxi Second People's Hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even number method,the treatment group was divided into two groups:the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Sihuang Decoction and nitroboron powder,and the conventional group was treated with potassium permanganate.Results After subgroup treatment,both treatment efficiency and quality of life data of patients in the treatment group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with wound edema after hemorrhoid surgery,the application of modified Sihuang Decoction and Nitrbor-powder treatment can significantly reduce the pain of the patients,eliminate the edema in the shortest time,and further accelerate the healing of surgical wounds in patients,with significant clinical treatment effect,and has the value of promotion and application.
