丁苯酞联合双重任务训练治疗轻度认知障碍的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析认知功能障碍患者行丁苯酞、双重任务训练联合治疗的效果及临床应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月扬州市江都人民医院收治的轻度认知障碍病患74例进行随机数字表法分组研究,对照组(37例)及观察组(37例)。对照组单纯采取丁苯酞药物治疗,观察组在其基础上配合双重任务训练,对比两组治疗效果,评估各组患者治疗前后认知功能、运动能力改变差异性,检测各组患者治疗前后脑血流相关指标变化。结果观察组临床总疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者未经治疗前认知功能、运动能力、脑血流指标等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项结果指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对轻度认知障碍患者采用丁苯酞、双重任务训练联合治疗效果确切,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect and clinical application value of butylphthalide combined with dual task training in patients with cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 74 patients with mild cognitive impairment admitted to Jiangdu People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with butylphthalide only,and the observation group was given dual task training on the basis of it.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.The differences of cognitive function and motor ability of each group before and after treatment were evaluated changes of cerebral blood flow related indexes.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in cognitive function,motor ability and cerebral blood flow indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the results of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with mild cognitive impairment,butylphthalide combined with dual task training is effective,which is worthy of promotion and application.
