克霉唑阴道片联合医院自制创舒洗剂治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析联合克霉唑阴道片及张家港市中医医院自制创舒洗剂对妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效。方法采用整群抽样法抽选张家港市中医医院2019年1月至12月收治的患妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病孕妇共88例进行研究,依据随机数表法将其中44例纳入对照组(予以克霉唑阴道片),余下44例纳入观察组(于对照组前提下加以医院自制创舒洗剂),统计比较两组患者的总有效率、各项症状消失时间、不良反应和复发率情况。结果观察组患者总有效率是95.45%高于对照组77.27%;观察组患者分泌物、阴道外阴瘙痒和灼痛、阴道充血和糜烂等各项症状的消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者复发率是2.27%低于对照组18.18%(P<0.05);不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合克霉唑阴道片及医院自制创舒洗剂对妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效确切,能改善患者的临床症状,减少疾病复发,且安全性较高,值得采用。Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablets with ChuangShu lotion made by Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis during pregnancy.Methods In this study,cluster sampling method was used to select 88 pregnant vulvovaginal candidiasis during pregnancy from January to December 2019 in Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,44 cases were included in the control group(given clotrimazole vaginal tablets),and the remaining 44 cases were included in the observation group(given ChuangShu lotion made by the hospital under the premise of the control group)The total effective rate,symptom disappearance time,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 77.27%of the control group;the disappearance time of secretion,vaginal pruritus and burning pain,vaginal congestion and erosion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the recurrence rate was 2.27%,which was lower than 18.18%of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine clotrimazole vaginal tablets combined with ChuangShu lotion has a very definite therapeutic effect on vulvovaginal candidiasis during pregnancy.The clinical results show that it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence of the disease,and has high safety,this treatment is worthy of clinical promotion.
