重组人干扰素α1b联合宣肺止嗽合剂治疗小儿支气管炎效果观察及对血清细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究小儿支气管炎患儿通过重组人干扰素α1b联合宣肺止嗽合剂进行治疗的效果及对血清细胞因子的影响效果。方法选取重庆市合川区人民医院在2019年9月至2020年6月收治的小儿支气管炎患儿60例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予以重组人干扰素α1b治疗,观察组以对照组为基础,联合宣肺止嗽合剂治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率;比较两组患儿的血清细胞因子水平。结果观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高达96.67%(29/30),对照组为70.00%(21/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗前的降钙素原(PCT)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿的PCT、MCP-1、INF-γ水平分别为:(0.38±0.16)ng/mL,(25.94±11.58)ng/L,(30.56±3.84)pg/mL,对照组分别为:(0.69±0.14)ng/mL,(94.65±13.84)ng/L,(22.67±3.98)pg/mL,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过重组人干扰素α1b联合宣肺止嗽合剂对小儿支气管炎患儿进行联合治疗,治疗效果明显,血清细胞因子水平得到显著改善,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of recombinant human interferonα1b Xuanfei Zhisou mixture in the treatment of children with bronchitis.Methods The selected cases in this study were all in Hechuan District People's Hospital from September 2019 to June 2020,60 cases were randomly selected as the research object,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,and they were composed of 30 patients,and the patients treated by recombinant human interferonα1b were included In the control group,on the basis of the control group,the patients treated with Xuanfei Zhisou mixture were included in the observation group,and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared;the serum cytokine levels(PCT,MCP-1,INF-γ)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was as high as 96.67%(29/30)in the observation group and 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of PCT,MCP-1,interferon-γ(INF-γ)before treatment between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,PCT,MCP-1 and INF-γlevels in the observation group were(0.38±0.16)ng/mL,(25.94±11.58)ng/L,(30.56±3.84)pg/mL,and(0.69±0.14)ng/mL,(94.65±13.84)ng/L,and(22.67±3.98)pg/mL,respectively,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα1b combined with Xuanfei Zhisou mixture in the treatment of children with bronchitis,the treatment effect is obvious,serum cytokine levels are significantly improved,it is worthy of promotion.
