基于融合出版的科技期刊在突发公共卫生事件中的信息传播探索——以《第三军医大学学报》实践工作为例

摘　　要：回顾了《第三军医大学学报》在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间的实践工作,探讨了融合出版背景下科技期刊在突发公共卫生事件中的信息传播途径。一是主动出击,抓住重要的前沿和热点问题,积极与专家保持密切联系,组织多期专题稿件,以网络首发的形式快速发表研究成果;二是利用新媒体平台普及和推广防疫知识,提升学术期刊社会效益;三是加入国内外开放获取平台,分享防控治疗经验,扩大期刊影响力;四是借助国际学术出版推广工具促进学术传播;五是积极组织参加公益活动,践行科技期刊的社会责任。This paper reviews the practical work of Journal of Third Military Medical University during the epidemic period,and discusses the information transmission channels of medical journals in public health emergencies under the background of media convergence: 1) take the initiative to grasp the important frontier and hot issues,keep close contact with experts,organize multiple issues of manuscript,and quickly publish research findings in the form of online-first publishing;2) use the new media platform to popularize epidemic prevention knowledge and improve the social benefits of academic journals;3) join the OA platform at home and abroad to share prevention and control treatment experience and expand the influence of journals;4) use the international academic publishing promotion tools to promote academic communication;5)actively participate in public welfare activities to practice the social responsibility of medical journals.
