摘 要:迈入高等教育普及化阶段,随着大学生群体特征的变化,其学习需求的改变和学习行为的自由对高校教学管理提出了新的要求和挑战。面对管理理念尚未完全形成“为学生服务”取向、管理制度使学生自由选择受到一定限制、组织结构难以保障学生充分发挥主体性和运行机制无法满足信息化学习发展需求等多维困境,高校教学管理亟需进行变革。通过探索新的发展路径,即树立“以学生为本”的教学管理新理念、深化完全学分制教学管理制度改革、构建多元共治教学管理组织结构和加强信息化教学管理运行机制建设等,从而提高管理水平和教学质量,满足大学生发展需求,促进普及化阶段高等教育的可持续发展。Entering the stage of universal higher education,with the changes in the characteristics of college students,the changes in their learning needs and the freedom of learning behavior have put forward new requirements and challenges to the teaching management of colleges and universities.Higher education institions’teaching management urgently needs to be reformed,facing the multi-difficulties that the management concept has not been fully formed to serve students,the management system restricts students’free choice,the organizational structure is difficult to ensure that students give full play to their subjectivity,the operating mechanism cannot meet the needs of informative learning development.By exploring new development paths,that is,establishing a new concept of"student-oriented"teaching management,deepening the reform of the teaching management system of the full credit system,constructing a pluralistic co-governance teaching management organizational structure,and strengthening the construction of information-based teaching management operating mechanisms,higher education institutions can improve management and teaching quality,meet the development needs of college students,and promote the sustainable development of higher education at the universalization stage.
