基于生态效率及生态承载力的区域绿色发展综合测度研究——以浙江和江苏二省为例

摘　　要：为推进我国各省份绿色可持续发展,研究采用网络超效率EBM模型、生态足迹法测度2008—2016年浙江省、江苏省工业综合生态效率和生态承载力,运用耦合协调度模型,测算生态效率—生态承载力耦合协调度,综合研究区域的各项指标,评价区域绿色发展现状。研究结果显示:浙江省、江苏省各市生态效率呈现先区间波动后上升的变化特征,小区域集聚特征明显。江苏省耦合协调度呈波动上升趋势,2016年较2008年上升了8.5个百分比,各市有较好的整体性和统一性,浙江省相对较差,2016年较2008年下降了11.42个百分比。此二省目前处于中度耦合协调阶段,具有较大提升空间。In order to achieve a dynamic balance between ecological carrying capacity and ecological efficiency,we will promote the green development of various provinces and cities in China.In this paper,the network super-efficiency EBM model is used to measure the industrial comprehensive ecological efficiency of Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province in 2008-2016.The ecological footprint method is used to calculate the ecological carrying capacity of the two provinces.Then the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the coupling degree of ecological efficiency-ecological bearing capacity.It carries out a comprehensive research on regional indicators to assess the status of regional green development.The results show that the ecological efficiency of each city in Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province shows a rising trend after the fluctuation of the interval,and the clustering characteristics of small areas are obvious.The ecological carrying capacity of Jiangsu Province is fluctuating.In 2008,it increased by 8.5 percentage points compared with 2016.The cities have better overall and uniformity.Zhejiang Province is relatively poor.In 2016,it decreased by 11.42 percentage points compared with 2008.The coupling of ecological efficiency and ecological carrying capacity in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces indicates that the two provinces are currently in the stage of moderate coupling and coordination,which have a large room for improvement.Based on the research results,based on the characteristics of the coupling and coordination of the two provinces,the rationalization suggestions for the eco-economic green and healthy development are proposed.
