摘　　要：阐释了建设生态文明和美丽中国背景下林长制改革的发展脉络和要素构成,从典型性和代表性较强的安徽省实际出发,深入阐释林长制改革促进生态扶贫的内涵与机制,围绕实施中存在的困境和障碍,提出推深做实林长制改革促进林业生态扶贫的创新路径。The paper explains the development context and element composition of the forest chief system reform under the background of building ecological civilization and a beautiful China.From the typical and representative reality of Anhui Province,the connotation and mechanism of forest chief system reform to promote ecological poverty alleviation are explained in depth.As to the difficulties and obstacles existing in the implementation,the innovative paths of forest chief system reform promoting forest ecological poverty alleviation are proposed.
