摘　　要：目的观察温针灸结合刺络拔罐疗法对膝骨性关节炎的疗效及血清IL-1β含量的影响。方法将80例膝骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用温针灸结合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组予塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗,疗程为3周。观察比较治疗前后两组患者疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分、膝骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量,比较两组总有效率。结果两组治疗后VAS、WOMAC、IL-1β含量与治疗前比较均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后,观察组总有效率为87.5%(35/40),对照组总有效率为67.5%(27/40),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合刺络拔罐疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎,能够减轻疼痛等临床症状,降低血清IL-1β含量,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of warm acupuncture combined with cupping therapy on knee osteoarthritis and serum IL-1β content. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with acupuncture and cupping,and the control group was treated with celecoxib capsule orally for 3 weeks. Visual Analogous Scale(VAS),Western Ontario and Mcmaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),and interleukin^-1β(IL-1β)content of the two groups of patients were observed and compared before and after treatment,and the total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the contents of VAS,WOMAC,and IL-1β in the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). After the two groups,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%(35/40),the total effective rate in the control group was 67.5%(27/40),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with cupping therapy for knee osteoarthritis can relieve clinical symptoms such as pain and reduce serum IL-1β content,which has a good clinical effect.
