益气温阳利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭作用机制探讨

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病的终末期阶段,且发病率呈上升趋势,因此防治慢性心衰刻不容缓。该文从益气温阳利水法治疗慢性心力衰竭的作用机制出发,分别从中药汤剂、中成药及中医外治方面进行论述,丰富中医从作用机制方面来治疗慢性心力衰竭的治疗方向。Chronic heart failure(CHF)is the end stage of most cardiovascular diseases. At present,the number of sick people of CHF in China is a upward trend,so it is urgent to prevent and treat CHF. In order to rich traditional Chinese medicine from the mechanism of action to treat chronic heart failure,this article discusses from the perspective of the mechanism of the treatment of chronic heart failure of invigorating Qi,warming Yang and circulating water.
