独活寄生汤临床运用及药理研究进展

摘　　要：独活寄生汤属中医经典名方,临证运用颇为广泛。研究表明现代医家以独活寄生汤联合西药、手术、牵引、推拿和穴位按摩等传统疗法治疗骨质疏松、骨折术后、膝骨关节炎、肩周炎、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、类风湿关节炎、强直性脊柱炎等疾病疗效确切,现通过综述近年来独活寄生汤的临床运用及中药药理学浅谈独活寄生汤的作用机制,望对进一步研究独活寄生汤以提供参考。Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is a classical traditional Chinese medicine and it is widely used by clinical. The doctor use the Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with western medicine,operation,traction,massage and acupoint massage have a benifit in treat the osteoporosis,fracture after operation,knee osteoarthritis,scapulohumeral periarthritis,cervical spondylosis,lumbar disc herniation,rheumatoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis. Now,through the review of the application of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in recent years,combined with the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine to explain the mechanism of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.
