摘  要:目的:探讨见习医师制下将学生担任标准化病人(SP)融入病案教学(CBL)进行儿科见习的教学效果。方法:CBL中实验组采用学生担任SP进行模拟诊疗,对照组采用传统方法。结果:实验组与对照组的实践成绩分别为(88.4±6.6)和(86.1±8.1),差异显著(P<0.05);问卷调查中实验组分别有92.6%和93.6%认为该方法有助于提高自学能力和沟通能力,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:学生模拟SP有利于提高学生的实践成绩,增强学习积极性。objective:To explore the application effect of combining standardized patient(SP)with case based learning(CBL)in pediatric probation teaching during clinical shadowing.Methods:Students were used as SP in the implementation of CBL in the study group,and the traditional method of discussion around case was used in the implementation of CBL in the control group.Results:The practical scores of the study group and the control group were(88.4±6.6)and(86.1±8.1),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey of the research group,92.6%and 93.6%thought that this method was helpful to improve the ability of self-study and communication,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SP simulation is beneficial to improve students'practical performance and learning enthusiasm.
