摘 要:为了合理设计与配置法规无细则的南极跨CCAMLR公约区与零排放区水域营运船舶的防油污结构与设备,在研究分析现行IMO MEPC规则与中国海事局相关法规对防止船舶造成油类污染的结构与设备配置相关规定基础上,提出了零排放区与监管排放区相衔接运营操作的设计计算与配置方法,符合中国船级社(CCS)的要求并最终获得国际防止油污证书。文章所做分析与计算,对航行于标准排放区与南极零排放区水域船舶的防油污结构与设备设计、配置具有指导性意义。In order to reasonably design and set up the oil pollution prevention structure and equipment of ships sailing in Antarctic zero emission zone and CCAMLR zone,based on the research and analysis of the current IMO MEPC rules and the relevant regulations of the China Maritime Safety Administration on the structure and equipment configuration to prevent ships from causing oil pollution,the design calculation and configuration methods for the operation of the zero emission zone and the supervised emission zone are proposed.It meets the requirements of China Classification Society(CCS)and finally obtain the International Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate(IOPP).The analysis and calculations made in the article have guiding significance for the design and configuration of oil pollution prevention structures and equipment for ships sailing in the standard discharge zone and the Antarctic zero discharge zone.
