摘 要:以黄花系肉饼兜兰、红花系肉饼兜兰和杏黄兜兰为试材,采用高效液相色谱法在昼20~25℃/夜16~18℃条件下持续处理30 d,测定其内吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)和玉米素核苷(ZR)含量变化,研究低温处理下兜兰叶片中内源激素的变化情况。结果表明:低温处理下不同兜兰的4种内源激素在植株遭遇低温时均能迅速做出反应,通过内源激素的变化使植株迅速适应环境的变化,其中肉饼类兜兰其内IAA含量持续增加,而杏黄兜兰IAA含量则出现降低的现象;而就GA3和ZR变化情况而言,除了杏黄兜兰GA3出现先增后降再增的情况,其它均为先增后减;3种兜兰内ABA含量变化则各不相同,但是初期均为含量突增。因此结合兜兰不同生长期以及花芽分化不同时期其内源激素的变化规律,从而掌握通过温度控制兜兰花期的方法具有可行性。To study the changes of endogenous hormones in Paphiopedilum leaves under low temperature treatment,P.armeniacum,yellow flower series and red flower series of complex standard hybrids of Paphiopedilum were used as the experimental materials,with the continuous temperature treatment for 30 days at the conditions of daytime temperature 20-25 ℃ and night temperature 16-18 ℃.The changes of contents of IAA,GA3,ABA and ZR were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that the four endogenous hormones of different Paphiopedilum species responded quickly when the plants were exposed to the control temperature,and the plants adapted rapidly to the changes of the environment.Among them,the contents of IAA of the two complex standard hybrids species were increased continuly,and the content of IAA of P.armeniacum was reduced.The content change of GA3 and ZR of the two complex standard hybrids species were increased at first and then were decreased,and ZR content change of P.armeniacum was similar to these.The GA3 content change of P.armeniacum were increased at first and then increased,ABA contents changes of the three Paphiopedilum species were different,but the contents were suddenly increased at the beginning.Therefore,it was feasible to control the flowering period of Paphiopedilum species by combining the changes of endogenous hormones at different development stages.
