恩格列净使用剂量对2型糖尿病治疗效果和不良反应的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同剂量恩格列净对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的治疗效果和不良反应的影响。方法用"双色球自由抽取法"将该院2020年1—6月收治100例T2DM患者随机分入对照组和观察组,每组50例,两组患者均给予恩格列净进行治疗,对照组服用剂量为10 mg,观察组服用剂量为25 mg,对比两组患者的临床治疗有效率、治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平、用药不良反应发生率。结果两组患者的临床治疗总有效率及用药不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对T2DM患者应用25 mg恩格列净进行治疗有助于降低其血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平,且治疗安全性相对较高,值得推广。Objective To observe the effects of different doses of Enpagliflozin on the treatment effect and adverse reactions of patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods 100 cases of T2DM patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the"two-color ball free extraction method",with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given empagliflozin treatment,the control group took a dose of 10 mg and the observation group took a dose of 25 mg.The effective rates of clinical treatment,fasting blood glucose before and after treatment,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical treatment and the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The ratio of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of T2DM patients with 25 mg of Enpagliflozin can help reduce their blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,and the treatment safety is relatively high,which is worthy of promotion.
