摘 要:目的探究糖尿病足采用木丹颗粒联合糖足泡剂治疗对神经传导速度与血液流变学的影响。方法以该院2018年1月—2019年10月收治的71例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,甲组行常规西医治疗,乙组在甲组基础上采用木丹颗粒联合糖足泡剂治疗,对比两组治疗前后中医症候积分、神经传导速度、血液流变学指标变化情况。结果乙组治疗后胫神经、腓总神经、腓浅神经传导速度分别为(45.12±6.36)m/s、(48.96±3.58)m/s、(46.58±4.18)m/s,均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.632、16.529、25.968,P<0.05);乙组治疗后血浆黏度、红细胞压积、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度分别为(1.61±0.22)mPa·s、(40.05±0.22)%、(5.02±0.11)mPa·s、(11.05±0.15)mPa·s,均低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.639、18.567、16.529、18.663,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足采用木丹颗粒联合糖足泡剂治疗利于提高神经传导速度,改善血液流变学。Objective To explore the effect of Mudan granule combined with sugar foot foam on the nerve conduction velocity and blood rheology of diabetic foot.Methods Taking 71 diabetic foot patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 as the research object,they were divided into two groups by random number table.Group A received conventional Western medicine treatment,and group B used Mudan on the basis of group A.Mudan granules combined with sugar foot foam treatment,compared the changes of TCM syndrome scores,nerve conduction velocity,and hemorheology index between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The conduction velocity of tibial nerve,common peroneal nerve and superficial peroneal nerve in group B were(45.12±6.36)m/s,(48.96±3.58)m/s and(46.58±4.18)m/s respectively,which were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=26.632,16.529,25.968,P<0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity in group B were(1.61±0.22)mPa·s,(40.05±0.22)%,(5.02±0.11)mPa·s,(11.05±0.15)mPa·s,which were lower than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.639,18.567,16.529,18.663,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot with Mudan granule combined with sugar foot foam is beneficial to improve nerve conduction velocity and hemorheology.
