补虚祛浊通络法对老年2型糖尿病aMCI患者的ADAS-COG-DVR量表的影响

摘　　要：目的对患有轻度认知功能障碍、2型糖尿病的老年患者施以补虚祛浊通络治疗方法,观察该治疗方法对患者ADAS-COG-DVR量表的影响。方法以该院2018年1月—2020年5月纳入的80例老年2型糖尿病a MCI患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式差异分为两组。其中,对照组施以常规治疗法,观察组施以补虚祛浊通络法,对比两组患者治疗前后的中医证候疗效以及患者的ADAS-Cog变化情况。结果经对比显示,两组患者中医证候评分除腰膝酸软之外,其余差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前后ADAS-COG-DVR量表,经对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过该次研究可以看出,对患有轻度认知功能障碍与2型糖尿病的老年患者施以补虚祛浊通络治疗方法,有助于患者认知损害方面的治疗。Objective The elderly patients with mild cognitive dysfunction and type 2 diabetes were treated with a method of invigorating deficiency,removing turbidity and dredging collaterals,and observing the effect of the treatment on the ADAS-COG-DVR scale of patients.Methods 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes aMCI included in the hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were divided into two groups according to the difference in treatment.Among them,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the method of replenishing deficiency,removing turbidity and dredging collaterals,comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes before and after treatment and the changes in ADAS-COG of the two groups of patients.Results The comparison showed that the P values of TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)except for lumbar and knee tenderness.The ADAS-COG-DVR scale was compared before and after treatment in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be seen from this study that the treatment of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment and type 2 diabetes with the method of supplementing deficiency,removing turbidity and clearing collateralismis helpful for the treatment of cognitive impairment.
