^131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的饮食护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的饮食护理效果。方法采取回顾性方法随机选择2018年5月—2019年5月期间该院收治的61例甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者当作研究对象,分析饮食护理的效果。结果在护理后,所有研究对象的FBG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平均显著低于护理前(P<0.05);在护理后,有2例患者发生低血糖情况,3例患者发生酮症酸中毒情况,2例患者发生甲亢危象情况,其并发症总发生率为11.48%。结论对于接受131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者而言,饮食护理可有效改善FBG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平,并降低各种并发症发生率,具有积极影响作用。Objective To analyze the effect of 131I in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with diabetes mellitus.Methods 61 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes were randomly selected from May 2018 to May 2019 to analyze the effect of diet nursing.Results After nursing,FBG,2 hPG and HbA1c water in all subjects were significantly lower than before nursing(P<0.05);after nursing,hypoglycemia occurred in 2 patients,ketoacidosis occurred in 3 patients,hyperthyroidism occurred in 2 patients,and the total incidence of complications was 11.48%.Conclusion For the patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes treated by 131I,diet nursing can effectively improve the levels of FBG,2 hPG and HbA1c,and reduce the incidence of various complications,which has a positive effect.
