风险意识护理在妊娠期合并糖尿病中的应用及对妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析风险意识护理在妊娠期合并糖尿病中的应用及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取该院在2017年4月—2019年4月收治的92例妊娠期合并糖尿病患者,按照数字随机表法分为对照组(应用常规护理方法)和实验组(在对照组基础上应用风险意识护理方法),每组均为46例。采用统计学分析两组妊娠期合并糖尿病患者护理前后的血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、妊娠结局(产后出血、剖宫产、低血糖、产后伤口感染)。结果两组护理前血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后实验组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组低血糖、产后伤口感染、产后出血、剖宫产等发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险意识护理在妊娠期合并糖尿病中的应用价值显著,可积极改善不良妊娠结局。Objective To observe the application of cognitive nursing in gestational diabetes and its effect on the outcome of pregnancy.Methods 92 cases of gestational diabetes with gestational diabetes treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into the control group(using routine nursing method)and the experimental group(using the normal nursing method on the basis of the control group)and 46 cases in each group.Statistical analysis of blood glucose levels before and after care(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose),pregnancy outcome(post-partum hemorrhage,cesarean section,hypoglycaemia,post-partum wound infection).Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing(fasting blood glucose and 2 h after meal)(P>0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia,postnatal wound infection,postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of risk-conscious nursing in pregnancy combined with diabetes mellitus is significant,which can actively improve the adverse pregnancy outcome.
