多元化护理在泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者应用多元化护理模式,探讨其应用价值。方法该次研究对象共64例,是该院收治的泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病患者,选取时间段为2018年3月—2019年3月。其中32例患者接受常规护理方法视为对照组,另外32例患者接受多元化护理视为观察组,比较观察两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度以及血糖变化。结果经过护理后,观察组患者的并发症发生率同对照组相比较低,护理满意度显著较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血糖变化明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从康复角度出发,给予泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病手术患者多元化护理干预,对于改善患者的血糖变化,降低并发症发生率以及提高护理满意度具有重要积极意义,值得大力推广。Objective To explore the application value of multiple nursing mode in patients with urinary system diseases combined with diabetes operation.Methods 64 patients with urinary system diseases and diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the hospital.The time period was from March 2018 to March 2019.Among them,32 patients received routine nursing as the control group,and 32 patients received multiple nursing as the observation group.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction and blood glucose changes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the change of blood glucose in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion From the perspective of rehabilitation,multiple nursing interventions for patients with urinary system diseases combined with diabetes surgery are of great significance to improve blood glucose change,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
