摘  要:目的探讨对糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者采用胰岛素微泵持续皮下给药治疗的效果。方法将2018年1月—2020年6月期间该院收治的DKA患者随机分成观察组和对照组,分别采用胰岛素微泵持续皮下和静脉持续给药治疗,观察生化和氧化应激指标的变化,疗效和药物不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的pH、HCO3-和β-HB等生化指标,SOD、GSH-PX和MDA等氧化应激指标均较治疗前和对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血糖控制和血pH值恢复时间、胰岛素用量和低血糖发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对DKA患者采用胰岛素微泵持续皮下给药治疗,能显著改善生化和氧化应激指标,快速平稳控制血糖水平,提高用药安全性。Objective To explore the effect of continuous subcutaneous administration of insulin micropump in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,DKA patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Insulin micropump was used for continuous subcutaneous and intravenous administration,respectively,to observe the changes of biochemical and oxidative stress indicators,efficacy and adverse drug reactions.Results After treatment,biochemical indexes such as pH,HCO3-andβ-HB as well as oxidative stress indexes such as SOD,GSH-PX and MDA were significantly improved in the observation group compared with those before treatment and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose control,recovery time of blood pH,insulin dosage and incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous subcutaneous administration of insulin micropump for DKA patients can significantly improve biochemical and oxidative stress indexes,rapidly and steadily control blood glucose levels,and improve drug safety.
