摘　　要：目的分析新生儿早期基本保健(EENC)脐带护理法对新生儿脐带感染和脱落发生率的影响。方法选取2017年1-12月在四川省妇女儿童医院出生的2 400例新生儿为研究对象,按随机数字表分成EENC组、改良EENC组和传统组,每组800例新生儿。比较3组新生儿脐轮红肿、渗血渗液、肉芽肿增生及脐带脱落发生率。结果改良EENC组和传统组脐轮红肿、渗血渗液、肉芽肿增生及脐带脱落发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良EENC组和EENC组脐轮红肿、渗血渗液、肉芽肿增生及脐带脱落发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EENC脐带护理法能有效降低脐带感染发生率,提高脐带脱落发生率,简单易行,节约医疗资源,降低宣教成本,适用于各级医院。Objective To analyze the effect of early essential newborn care(EENC) umbilical cord nursing method on the incidence rates of umbilical cord infection and separation.Methods From January to December in 2017,2 400 neonates born in Sichuan Provincial Hospital for Women and Children were selected and divided into EENC group,modified EENC group,and routine group according to random number table,800 neonates in each group.The incidence rates of red and swollen umbilical region,blood oozing and fluid oozing,granuloma hyperplasia,and umbilical cord separation in the three groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in the incidence rates of red and swollen umbilical region,blood oozing and fluid oozing,granuloma hyperplasia,and umbilical cord separation between modified EENC group and routine group(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of red and swollen umbilical region,blood oozing and fluid oozing,granuloma hyperplasia,and umbilical cord separation between modified EENC group and EENC group(P>0.05).Conclusion EENC umbilical cord nursing method can effectively reduce the incidence rate of umbilical cord infection,increase the incidence rate of umbilical cord separation,the operation is simple and easy to apply,the method can save medical resources,reduce the cost of education and training,which is suitable for the hospitals at all levels.
