一株致兔结膜炎多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离和鉴定

摘　　要：本试验从福建省某兔场传染性结膜炎患兔的眼眶分泌物中分离到一株革兰氏阴性杆菌。BLAST分析结果表明,该菌16S r RNA基因序列的同源性与多杀性巴氏杆菌的16S r RNA基因序列最高,高达99%以上,因此确定该菌为多杀性巴氏杆菌,并命名为FZ1901。致病性试验结果表明,分离菌FZ1901能复制出临床症状与自然感染病例相同的患兔,且从试验兔结膜炎病料中能回收到分离菌FZ1901。根据上述结果,确定分离菌FZ1901即多杀性巴氏杆菌为该兔场传染性结膜炎的病原。A strain of Gram-Negative bacillus was isolated from the conjunctivitis samples of rabbits in Fujian Province.The 16 S rRNA gene of the isolate shared the highest identity with the corresponding gene of Pasteurella multocida,and the isolate was identified as Pasteurella multocida and named as FZ1901.By using artificial infection,the isolated FZ1901 was proved to be the pathogen causing conjunctivitis of the rabbitry.
