摘  要:2018年11月末,山西南部某獭兔养殖场突发以腹泻和呼吸道症状为主的高致死疾病。通过对无菌采集的病死兔肺脏、胃肠道等29份病料进行实验室常规细菌培养;再通过16s rDNA诊断方法确定分离到29株大肠杆菌和20株巴氏杆菌;选取12种常用抗生素,采用K-B纸片法进行药敏试验。结果显示,兔源大肠杆菌和巴氏杆菌对磺胺甲氧嘧啶、庆大霉素的耐药率较高,对氟苯尼考、氧氟沙星较为敏感,对其他的抗生素均表现出现不同程度的耐药性。At the end of November 2018,a rex rabbit farm in the south of Shanxi Province was suddenly suffered from the high death rate diseases mainly caused by diarrhea and respiratory symptoms.The 29 samples of disease materials,including the lung and gastrointestinal tract,collected aseptically,were routinely cultured in the laboratory.Then 29 strains of escherichia coli and 20 strains of pasteurella were isolated by 16 S rDNA diagnosis.Seven commonly used antibiotics were selected and tested by k-B paper method.The results showed that rabbit-derived escherichia coli and pasteurella had higher drug resistance rates to gentamicin sulfamethoxine,and were more sensitive to flumphenicol,ofloxacin,norfloxacin and showed the varying degrees of resistance to other antibiotics.
