摘 要:为解决温度降低会破坏部分亚硝化颗粒污泥效能稳定性的问题,在序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR)中逐渐降温并调节曝气时长,分析其对部分亚硝化效能的影响。结果表明:当温度逐渐降为25、20、15℃时,混合液悬浮固体(MLSS)总体下降,尤其当温度由25℃降至20℃时,MLSS由2832 mg/L降至1761 mg/L,污泥活性明显变差;胞外聚合物中蛋白质和多糖均先增大后减小;曝气时长相应调整为3.4、2.4、2.5 h,降温导致SBR部分亚硝化效能下降,但单周期运行过程中可通过缩短曝气时长加以改善。In order to solve the problem that the temperature decrease would destroy the stability of the efficiency of some nitrosated granular sludge,the temperature was gradually reduced and the aeration time was adjusted in the sequential batch activated sludge reactor(SBR).Then effect of partial nitritation efficiency was analyzed.The results showed that when the temperature gradually decreased to 25,20,15℃,MLSS generally decreased.Especially when the temperature decreased from^25℃to 20℃,MLSS decreased from^2832 mg/L to 1761 mg/L,the sludge activity became significantly worse.At the same time,proteins and polysaccharides in extracellular polymers increased first and then decreased.The aeration time should be adjusted accordingly to 3.4,2.4,2.5 h.Cooling could reduce partial nitritation efficiency of SBR,but shortening aeration time could improve this situation in the single cycle operation process.
