摘 要:采用复合聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜及组件对无泡式充氧特性进行研究,并分析水流速度、充氧压强、水深等对膜组件氧体积传质系数和氧转移速率(SOTR)的影响。结果表明:(1)当水流速度为0.022 m/s时,水深为0.4 m处0.015、0.025、0.035 MPa的充氧压强下,氧体积传质系数分别为0.0739、0.1556、0.5592 h-1,氧体积传质系数随着充氧压强的增大而增大。(2)水流速度为0.045、0.091 m/s时DO最高且变化速率最快。氧体积传质系数与水流速度呈正相关关系。(3)当充氧压强为0.035 MPa、水深为0.1~0.7 m、水流速度为0~0.091 m/s时,随着水深和水流速度的增大,氧体积传质系数与SOTR均增大。The characteristics of bubbleless aeration were studied by the composite PVDF hollow fiber membrane and modules.In the meantime,the effects of water flow velocity,oxygenating pressure and water depth on the oxygen volumetric mass transfer coefficient and oxygen transfer rate(SOTR)of membrane modules were analyzed.The result showed:(1)when the water flow velocity was 0.022 m/s,the oxygen volumetric mass transfer coefficients are 0.0739,0.1556,0.5592 h-1 at 0.4 m water depth at 0.015,0.025,0.035 MPa,respectively.The volumetric mass transfer coefficient of oxygen increased with the increase of oxygen pressure.(2)When the flow velocity was 0.045,0.091 m/s,DO was the highest and the change rate was the fastest.There was a positive correlation between the volumetric mass transfer coefficient of oxygen and the flow velocity.(3)When the oxygen pressure was 0.035 MPa,the water depth was 0.1-0.7 m,and the flow velocity was 0-0.091 m/s,the oxygen volumetric mass transfer coefficient and SOTR increased with the increase of water depth and flow velocity.
