摘  要:拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺中管道化溶出不凝性乏气含有大量的挥发性有机物(VOCs)。选取国内代表性一水硬铝石铝土矿拜耳法管道化溶出工艺,采集4个不同采样位点(A1、A2、D1、D2)的不凝性乏气中的VOCs,使用气相色谱—质谱联用仪对其进行定量分析,并利用最大增量反应活性法分析VOCs排放的臭氧生成潜势。结果表明:不凝性乏气中共检测到包括酮类、苯系物、卤代烃、烷烃、烯烃、酯类、醇类、醚类等80种VOCs。4个采样位点中总VOCs浓度最高的为D2,质量浓度为1308.43 mg/m^3。丙酮、2-丁酮、2-己酮等12种物质的浓度占比较大,12种物质的质量浓度在A1、A2、D1、D2的总VOCs的占比分别达到了87.21%、76.97%、71.19%和67.09%。4个采样位点的VOCs臭氧生成潜势分别为292.34、700.05、2263.58、4588.53 mg/m^3,其中酮类和苯系物对臭氧生成潜势贡献较大。In the process of producing alumina by Bayer process,a lot of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are contained in the non-condensable exhaust gas in the pipeline digestion.A typical Bayer process of diaspore bauxite in China was selected to collect the VOCs exhaust gas from four different sites(A1,A2,D1,D2),which was quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS,and the ozone formation potential of VOCs emission was analyzed by the maximum incremental reactive activity method.The results showed that 80 kinds VOCs including ketones,benzenes,halogenated hydrocarbons,alkanes,alkenes,esters,alcohols and ethers were detected in the non-condensable exhaust gas,and the highest concentration of total VOCs in the four sites was D2,with a concentration of 1308.43 mg/m^3.The concentration of acetone,2-butanone,2-hexone and other 12 kinds of substances accounted for a large proportion.The percentage of total mass concentration of these 12 kinds of substances in the four sites(A1,A2,D1,D2)was 87.21%,76.97%,71.19%and 67.09%,respectively.VOCs ozone formation potential at the four sites was 292.34,700.05,2263.58,4588.53 mg/m^3,respectively.Ketones and benzenes had a great contribution to VOCs ozone formation potential.
