摘　　要：针对传统移动式破碎机短轴组件故障自动检测装置检测得到的数据与实际相差较大,导致检测效率低,检测精准度差的问题,设计了一种新的移动式破碎机短轴组件故障自动检测装置。所设计的移动式破碎机短轴组件故障自动检测装置具体可以分为数据监控记录结构、温度感应记录结构、智能诊断警报结构三大部分,第一部分负责全程监督与记录工作中的移动式破碎机的短轴组件整体状态,第二部分对工作中的短轴组件的轴承箱温度进行实时测量,将前两部分测得的数据传输到该装置的第三部分当中,当该结构发现得到的数据与以往记录的差别较大或者出现异常的时候,该结构就会自动触发警报设备,达到移动式破碎机短轴组件自动检测的目的。实验结果表明,设计的自动检测装置能够有效提高检测效果,增强检测精准度,加快检测效率。Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and poor accuracy of detection due to the large difference between the data obtained by the automatic detection device for the fault of the short shaft component of the traditional mobile crusher and the actual situation,a new mobile crusher short shaft component failure automatic detection device is designed to move the crusher.The automatic fault detection device of the short shaft component of the mobile crusher designed in this paper can be divided into three parts:data monitoring and recording structure,temperature sensing recording structure and intelligent diagnosis alarm structure.The first part is responsible for monitoring and recording the whole state of the short shaft component of the mobile crusher in the whole process.The second part is to realize the real-time measurment of the temperature of the bearing box of the short shaft component in the work and the data measured in the first two parts will be transmitted to the third part of the device.When the structure finds that the data obtained is quite different from the previous records or there is an exception,t he structure will automatically trigger the alarm device to achieve the purpose of automatic detection of the short shaft components of the mobile crusher.The experimental results show that the designed automatic detection device can effectively improve the detection effect,enhance the detection accuracy,and speed up the detection efficiency.
