摘 要:钢纤维混凝土由于具有良好的抗震动性能在防护工程建设中大量使用。射弹侵彻时,钢纤维混凝土的韧度能更好反映其良好的吸能特性,但常用的经验公式不能有效反映韧度对侵彻深度的影响。引入韧度指标,运用相似理论和量纲分析法,根据试验数据拟合出钢纤维混凝土侵彻深度预估公式,并利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元数值模拟进行验证。结果表明:射弹速度在273.0~813.5 m/s时,拟合公式吻合程度较高,公式具有一定的参考价值,可以用于不同射弹正侵彻钢纤维混凝土的深度预测。Steel fiber reinforced concrete is widely used in protective engineering construction because of its good anti-vibration performance.When projectile penetrates,the toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete can better reflect its good energy absorption characteristics,but the commonly used empirical formula fail to effectively reflect the impact of toughness on penetration depth.The toughness index is introduced,and the formulas for predicting the penetration depth of steel fiber reinforced concrete are fitted according to experimental data by using similarity theory and dimensional analysis method.The formulas are verified by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element numerical simulation.The results show that when the projectile velocity is273.0-813.5 m/s,the fitting formula has a high degree of coincidence.The formula has a certain reference value and can be used to predict the depth of different projectiles penetrating into steel fiber reinforced concrete vertically.
