摘 要:水电站建设年代过久会产生水情数据中间转发及上送中调数据滞后、计算模块无法更新升级、系统配套设备原件厂家停产等一系列问题。文章通过对牛栏江流域的实际开发情况、小岩头及天花板电站水情测报系统的现状以及实际运行情况的分析,提出了牛栏江流域小岩头及天花板电站水情测报系统改造方案。改造后的系统全面提升了小岩头及天花板电站的运行管理水平,有效提高了牛栏江流域各电站的水库联合调度能力,对同一流域不同投资主体的水情测报系统设计建设具有一定的参考意义。The hydropower station has been constructed for long time.A series of problems will be caused,such as lag of water regimen data intermediate forwarding and data transferring in upward transmission,the failure to update and upgrade the calculation module,and the suspension of the system original equipment manufacturer.The reconstruction scheme of the hydrological monitoring and forecasting system of Xiaoyantou and the Tianhuaban Hydropower Stations is proposed in the paper based on the analysis of the actual development situation of Niulan River Basin,the present situation and the actual operation of the hydrological monitoring and forecasting system of Xiaoyantou and Tianhuaban Hydropower Stations.The reconstructed system comprehensively improves the operation and management level of Xiaoyantou and Tianhuaban Hydropower Stations,thereby effectively improving the joint operation capacity of reservoirs in all power stations in Niulan River Basin.The paper has certain reference significance for the design and construction of hydrological monitoring and forecasting system of different investment subjects in the same river basin.
