浅析漳河绿色能源对区域统筹发展的支撑

摘　　要：绿色能源发展是世界各国应对能源紧缺、保障能源供应和长期可持续发展的重要战略。文章以漳河水光互补新能源发展为背景,阐述基于漳河水光互补新能源的绿色能源对湖北省及荆门市区经济发展的推动作用,从水力发电模式升级到水光互补能源新型结构进行论述,并展示水光互补能源新型结构基于漳河水库环保性经济发展需求的演变历程;另外,从生态效益、社会效益、经济效益及公益效益等方面论述漳河绿色能源对区域统筹发展的支撑作用;并结合图例进行分析论证,充分展现漳河绿色能源对湖北省及荆门市漳河库区社会生态、经济、公益统筹发展起到积极的助推和有力支撑作用。The development of green energy resource is an important strategy for all countries all over the world to cope with energy shortage,and guarantee energy supply and long-term sustainable development.Zhanghe Water-light complementation new energy development is adopted as the background in the paper.The driving role of green energy resource based on Zhanghe Water-light complementation new energy to economic development in Hubei and Jingmen is described.The hydroelectric power generation mode upgrading and Water-light complementation energy new structure are discussed.The evolution course of Water-light complementation energy new structure based on Zhanghe Reservoir environmental protection and economic development needs is shown.In addition,the support role of Zhanghe green energy resource to the regional overall development is discussed from the aspects of ecological benefits,social benefits,economic benefits and public benefits.Cutlines are combined for analysis and demonstration,thereby fully showing the positive driving and powerful support role of Zhanghe green energy resource to social ecology,economy and public welfare development in Hubei Province and Jingmen Zhanghe Reservoir areas.
