摘  要:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)是一种同时具有阴离子和非离子性质的阴-非离子表面活性剂。本文以AEO-3和氨基磺酸为反应原料、尿素为催化剂,合成AES。并选择APG、CTAB和SDS与AES复配,优选出最佳的泡沫性能和表面活性的复配体系,最终优选出AES-CTAB复配体系,并确定其最佳复配摩尔比为3∶1,最佳总浓度为0.02mol·L^-1。对AES-CTAB复配体系耐盐和耐温性能进行了研究,当矿化度为16790mg·L^-1时达到最大,半衰期约39min,此时界面张力为10-4,耐温120℃。对泡沫注入量和采收率之间的关系进行了研究,最终确定最佳的泡沫注入量为0.6PV。Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate(AES)is an anionic-nonionic surfactant with both anionic and nonionic surface activities.In this experiment,AEO-3 and sulfamic acid were used as raw materials and urea was used as a catalyst to synthesize AES.And APG,CTAB,SDS were chosen to remix with AES,finally the AES-CTAB was chosen as the best foam performance and surface activity compounded system,and the best compound molar ratio was 3∶1,the best total concentration was 0.02mol·L-1.The effect of the AES-CTAB compounded system on the resistance to mineralization and temperature was studied.When the salinity was 16790mg·L-1,it reached the maximum,the half-life was about 39min,and the interfacial tension was 10-4.AES temperature resistance was 120℃.The relationship between foam injection volume and recovery factor was studied,and the best foam injection volume was finally determined to be 0.6PV.
