摘  要:采用KMnO4氧化改性油茶果壳活性炭。探讨了改性工艺条件对改性油茶果壳活性炭的Cu^2+吸附性能的影响。改性工艺表明:在KMnO4氧化时间2h,KMnO4浓度0.05mol·L^-1、,氧化温度75℃下制备得到的改性油茶果壳活性炭对Cu^2+的去除率可达99.68%。通过静态吸附实验,研究影响改性油茶果壳活性炭的Cu^2+吸附性能的因素。吸附工艺表明:在Cu^2+初始浓度为50mg·L^-1,改性油茶果壳活性炭投加量为0.4g,吸附时间为5h时,改性油茶果壳活性炭对Cu^2+的去除率达99.73%。采用FTIR、SEM、BET分别对改性前后的油茶果壳活性炭进行了表征。Activated carbon was prepared through the oxidation of Oiltea Shell by KMnO4.The effect of modification process conditions on the adsorption performance of Cu^2+for the activated carbon by modified Oiltea Shell was systematic discussed.The research results showed that the removal rate of Cu2+by the activated carbon from modified Oiltea Shell could reach 99.68%under the following condition:the concentration of potassium permanganate was 0.05mol·L^-1,reaction time was 2h and reaction temperature was 75℃.The factors affecting the adsorption of Cu2+on modified Oiltea Shell were investigated through static adsorption experiments,which was shown that the removal rate of Cu^2+reached 99.73%at the following condition:the initial concentration of Cu2+was 50mg·L^-1,the dosage of modified Oiltea Shell was 0.4g,and the adsorption time was 5h.The activated carbon from the Oiltea Shell before and after modification were analyzed through FTIR,SEM and BET.
