摘 要:针对稠油油藏开采问题,结合阴离子表面活性剂抗温不抗盐,非离子表面活性剂抗盐不抗温的特性,对阴离子表面活性剂A与非离子表面活性剂B进行多种比例复配产生协同作用,得到了具有阴、非离子多重特性的复合型抗温抗盐稠油乳化降黏剂NL。性能评价研究表明,抗温能力可达200℃;加量为0.8%、油水比为7∶3时,可将油水界面张力降低至10^(-3)m N·m^-1数量级,形成的稠油乳状液降黏率达90%,在12h内黏度上涨在可控范围内,乳液稳定性较好;抗盐效果较好,高矿化度下仍能形成较稳定的乳状液。Aiming at the problem of heavy oil reservoir production,combining the characteristics of anionic surfactants that are resistant to temperature and not salt,and that of non-ionic surfactants that are resistant to salt and temperature,the anionic surfactant A and nonionic surfactant B were compounded in various proportions to produce a synergistic effect,and a thick oil emulsified viscosity reducer NL with multiple characteristics of anion and nonion,which is resistant to temperature and salt was obtained.Its temperature resistance capacity can reach 200℃.When the dosage of this agent is 0.8%and the oil-water ratio is 7∶3,the oil-water interfacial tension can be reduced to the order of 10-3mN·m-1,and the viscosity reduction rate of the formed thick oil emulsion can reach 90%,the viscosity rises within a controllable range within 12 hours,and the emulsion has good stability;the salt resistance effect is good,and a relatively stable emulsion can be formed under high salinity.
